All orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
As a result, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Responsibility During Shipping
Once the tracking information confirms that a package has been successfully delivered, Ellie & Mae is no longer responsible for the shipment.
We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders can only be amended or stopped before dispatch when we are contacted within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this period, the order may already have entered processing or been dispatched, and we cannot guarantee that it can be stopped.
If the order can no longer be stopped, the customer may exercise their applicable cancellation and return rights after receiving the parcel. The item must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy before the refund is processed.
