Hi there, we’re Ellie & Mae — a mother and daughter with a shared love for timeless, feminine fashion.
For over 26 years, our family has believed that getting dressed should make you feel comfortable, confident and beautifully yourself. Ellie & Mae grew from that simple idea: creating a boutique for women who want clothing that feels elegant without being uncomfortable, flattering without being restrictive, and stylish without following every passing trend.
How It Began
Our story began with Mum.
As the years went by, she found it increasingly difficult to find clothes that felt right for her — pieces that were comfortable enough for everyday life, but still made her feel feminine and well dressed.
Together, as mother and daughter, we realised that so many women were looking for exactly the same thing.
So we created Ellie & Mae: a boutique built around thoughtful choices, timeless style and clothing designed to make women feel good at every stage of life.

When we choose a piece for Ellie & Mae, we always ask ourselves the same questions:
Would Mum feel comfortable wearing this all day?
